The Rifugio delle Guide Frachey is located in Resy, close to the slopes of the Palon di Resy, at the beginning of the Bettaforca valley.

It is situated in a panoramic position and affords a breathtaking view of practically the entire Val d'Ayas. Immersed in the green pastures of Alpe Forcaz, the refuge is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a natural environment of extraordinary beauty.

The Guide Frachey Refuge is open in the summer season with a jeep service.
The Refuge is the ideal starting point for excursions around Monte Rosa, as well as being one of the stopping points of the Alta Via No. 1 and No. 3 and the Great Walser Trail.
It is also the ideal starting point for many mountain bike itineraries.
