Restò Tatà is the gastronomic restaurant of the new Au Charmant Petit Lac Ecohotel Park & SPA in Champoluc. It is run by a young and motivated brigade, at the helm of which is Chef Simone Lolli, the 'enfant prodige' of Italian cuisine, who proposes Italian and Valle d'Aosta cuisine with products from the Aosta Valley, finely processed and prepared with the greatest possible care.
