The female choir “La vie est belle” by Introd was officially born in 2015 by a group of singers from various parish choirs who, united by a great friendship, mutual esteem and passion for singing, under the direction of Annarosa Ronc, try to engage in a different and particular repertoire. The acclaim received after performing in August 2015 in a concert at Introd convinced them to want to continue this beautiful experience: the group expands, officially forms, acquires a more varied repertoire and begins to make some small public performance.
In 2017, the choir presented itself for the first time at the Assemblée Régionale de chant choral in the “sacred polyphony” section, arousing interest and appreciation from the public and the jury.
In 2019, the choir makes its debut in the “popular song” section of this regional festival of Aosta Valley choirs, obtaining, also in this case, the report by the jury.
Currently the choir consists of 22 elements and has in its repertoire sacred and popular pieces, mainly “a cappella”.
The name of the choir, taken from the homonymous film by Roberto Benigni, embodies the spirit of this group: life is beautiful, always, and if you sing it is even more so.
