People with disabilities must present themselves exclusively at the ticket office with a DISABILITY CARD or, alternatively, with a CIVIL DISABILITY CERTIFICATE, which must indicate only the percentage of disability, without any description of the pathology.
Attention: No other type of documentation will be accepted beyond those specified (for example, the blue parking pass or regional transportation cards with reduced fares are not valid).
To be eligible for discounted rates, the person with a disability must have a declared disability percentage of 67% or higher. The discount applied is 50% off the adult ticket price, valid for all ticket types.
Accompanying Persons: Accompanying persons, if listed on the Disability Card or the Civil Disability Certificate of the disabled person, are entitled to a 50% discount on the same type of ticket, provided it is purchased at the same time. For disabled children, the accompanying person also receives a 50% discount until the child reaches adulthood.
