A life dedicated to cattle breeding, this is the life of Silvia Vuillermin who, together with her husband Lorenzo, founded the Champoluc Chèvre farm in an enchanted corner of the Val d'Ayas.
In Pallenc, a few minutes after Champoluc on the road to Antagnod, is Silvia and Lorenzo's stable. Their Alpine chamois goats are really happy and it shows in the cheeses they produce. Not only do they really taste like goats, but they mature in an ancient natural cellar that you absolutely must visit.
In fact, their goal was not only an alternative choice and farm, but above all, high quality production: they wanted their goat cheese to be the best in the entire valley.
