What in winter is one of the largest ski areas in the Alps, in summer becomes a territory to explore by mountain bike.

To gain altitude you can use the facilities and then enjoy descents and views saving precious energy during the ascent.

On the Valle d'Aosta side, starting from the Val d'Ayas and more precisely from Frachey, you can reach, with your mountain bike in tow, the Colle Bettaforca at an altitude of 2727 metres and then descend to Staffal, in the Gressoney Valley, and climb up to the Passo dei Salati at an altitude of 2971 metres. For those who want to enjoy an extraordinary view of the most beautiful peaks in Valle d'Aosta, then Camporcher, Estoul, Weissmatten and Punta Jolanda are the perfect places for a day on two wheels.

There are over 100 km of cycle and pedestrian paths that cross the Valsesia, also accessible in segments for those who want to explore the territory one stop at a time!
Varallo, Alagna and Alpe di Mera are the most famous places that can be reached, but the best thing is to be captivated by these itineraries between nature and culture that conceal incredible surprises at every bend, climb or descent.
