What is the multi-use voucher?
The multi-use voucher is a credit issued to you when you cannot fully use your ski pass due to partial or total lift closures. This credit, issued in the form of an alphanumeric code, will be sent to you by email or, in some cases, directly loaded onto your wallet. To check if you're eligible, you need to request it by the end of the ski pass validity season.
Where can you use your multi-use voucher?
The voucher can not only be used to purchase new ski passes or Monterosa Ski merchandise on our webshop, but it is now even more versatile: you can spend it at a selected network of partner activities in the Monterosa Ski area, both in the Aosta Valley and Piedmont sides.
How does it work?

Issuing the multi-use voucher: If your ski pass hasn’t been fully used due to a service interruption by the lift company, you will receive, upon email request, a voucher code corresponding to the unused value.

Loading the multi-use voucher onto the virtual wallet: Once the alphanumeric code is entered, the credit will be available in your digital wallet.

Two usage options:
a. At participating activities: Show the multi-use voucher at the participating businesses, who will verify it via a dedicated app. You can use it, even partially, to pay for services or products.
b. On the online webshop: Once the voucher code is entered, the credit will be available in your digital wallet. You can apply it towards purchasing new ski passes or Monterosa Ski merchandise. -
Validity and flexibility: Multi-use vouchers have an expiration date that always includes the following winter season, giving you plenty of time to use them. For example, vouchers issued in the 2024/25 season will be valid until June 30, 2026.
Total flexibility between the valleys
Multi-use vouchers are interchangeable between the Aosta Valley and Valsesia. For example:
- A customer who has purchased a ski pass from the Monterosa Valle d'Aosta webshop can spend their voucher at a participating activity in Valsesia, and vice versa.
Always redeemable in our stores
You can always use your credit at participating activities and on the Monterosa Valle d'Aosta and Monterosa Valsesia webshops. Please note that if you use the credit to purchase new ski passes, it cannot be applied to insurance costs or cancellation protection services.
